Craig is the Senior Partner and Chief Wealth Strategist for Stone Bybee Associates, PLLC, a Nevada-based law firm that provides legal counsel and services on a national basis to affluent families, and their family offices and trusted advisors.<\/p>

Craig has 30+ years of technical legal expertise in the areas of wealth transfer and preservation strategies, including advanced estate and gift tax planning, sophisticated pre- and post-liquidity event income tax planning, advanced charitable planned giving, multi-generational family governance, business exit planning (aka business succession planning), and domestic and international asset protection planning.<\/p>

Craig\u2019s personal practice emphasizes a \u201cvalues-based approach\u201d that looks at both qualitative and quantitative aspects in order to design and implement a comprehensive, multi-generational \u2018total wealth\u2019 estate plan that is highly personalized, technically sound, tax efficient, and incorporates the client\u2019s financial, social, emotional and spiritual values and aspirations, in order to establish a meaningful legacy during the client\u2019s lifetime and beyond.<\/p>

When appropriate and consistent with a client\u2019s objectives and goals, Craig utilizes advanced charitable giving solutions that allow a client to achieve a \u201cwin-win-win\u201d in their planning \u2013 the client is able to achieve significant tax savings and increased wealth accumulation for the family, while benefiting charitable causes.<\/p>

Craig and his firm believe in working in \u201cradical collaboration\u201d with clients and their trusted advisors in order to achieve the highest and best results for the client. In this regard, Craig is often added to a client\u2019s existing advisor team in order to provide strategic or tactical wealth design insights and excellence in implementing the selected solutions.<\/p>

Craig is an accomplished speaker and presenter on multiple wealth planning topics; he frequently provides continuing education to fellow attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and other groups at local, state, and national programs.<\/p>
